- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience was really crappy! The doctor seemed really nice and genuinely wanted to help me, but apparently his staff cant even send in a proper authorization to insurance for medication and then proceeds to lie to me and make me feel bad and say they most certainly did send it all in but the pharmacy talks to the insurance and they tell them they dont have any information other than the request. Then I turn around and get a letter from blue cross that they are literally missing every thing they need to get this authorization done! All the while I am in horrible pain I go from taking 300mg tramadol a day to none and my body has not enjoyed this. Dr Haufe was great but he needs to get a handle on how his staff does things obviously.December 21, 2016by Michael Nelson
