  Dr. Wells and his staff are above professional. My LASIK appt was running a little behind and his staff called to let em know. Many offices would just let you show up and wait, not theirs. The experience I have had with them from beginning to end was awesome! If you need LASIK or any other eye care I would highly recommend them for all your needs.

  So far this is my second experience there and I have no complaints. The selection of glasses frames were very large. The staff is always friendly and joking around with me which is nice. The doctor really seems to care about the patients and making sure they are comfortable. The only down side was on a recent appointment I felt a little rushed however he was running a little behind and it was almost closing time. I needed to get some new contact lens and I am very happy with the new lens. The doctor did not ask if I liked a certain brand of lens just kind of told me which ones I was going to get which I felt was a little weird. But I guess he knows which would work better with my eyes needs. I will continue to be a customer and recommend giving them a try.

  December 2012: My first visit with Wells Vision Center took place in December 2012 just prior to Christmas. As the holiday was upon us and they were closing in 72 hours for Christmas, Wells Vision Center staff rushed my new glasses and I was able to enjoy the holiday with very much improved vision. The support staff and Dr. Wells are quite professional, very courteous and will bend over backwards to meet the needs of their patient customers. I recommend Wells Vision Center to all. January 2015: New location yet same expectation of professionalism and customer care were met by Wells Vision Center support staff and Dr. Wells.on my most recent visit earlier this week. As I have worn corrective lens spectacles for over 57 years and underwent corrective eye surgery in 1956 I'm a bit picky as to who cares for my eyes and I have no qualms about Dr. Wells caring for my eyes for hopefully a very long time. Thanks Dr. Wells and staff. January 2016: No change from the last two appointments as the professionalism displayed by Dr. Wells combined with the customer care provided by his support staff is enough for me to continually trust Dr. Wells with the care of my eyesight especially now as I am approaching "those senior years." Earlier last year, my wife Andrea had reason for concern as the eyesight of her right eye became extremely limited very suddenly. Dr. Wells met with my wife performed necessary exams and calmly explained exactly what the issue was and thankfully the cause for concern cleared up rapidly with the help of drops and dark glasses. Thus, Wells Vision Center will be the Johnson's family vision care provider and I look forward to a long positive relationship with Dr. Wells and Staff. Respectfully submitted, Greg Johnson

  Dr Wells is excellent! Has every kind of test. Great chair side manner. Patient while listening to concerns or questions. Answers them all, so that you understand. A very pleasant person. I've been going to Dr Wells for years, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Wells Vision and Laser Eye Center, whether you have insurance or not.

  This place is a scam and whatever you do, do not go here. This place charges ridiculous prices for a simple eye exam and spilt the charges in a way that not only will you use your discount or free eye exam (based on your insurance) and your other benefits that are for contacts/eye glasses. They will tell you one thing when you make your appointment to make it seem like the best option for your eye doctor. However, when you go in for your appointment and go to check out you ended up with higher and multiple charges. If you are brave enough to come here make sure you have a printed out list of the charges you will be charged beforehand and you look at your benefits with your insurance. This place completely emptied out my insurance benefits within about a thirty minute appointment. Also when you go to check out, they employees are extremely pressuring when it comes to trying to sale their products that you don't need at the time. Unless you want to get completely over charged and ripped off, I recommend going to one of the other great eye doctors in town who do not do this type of stuff.
