- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently had a very positive experience with this office. I am from out of state and have been with State Farm for over 26 years. An auto insurance issue arose when on a visit to Florida and it needed immediate attention. I walked into this office without an appointment and explained my situation. They spoke to the staff of my agent's office in my home state, scanned and emailed documents for me, and gave me an explanation of Florida rules to aid in resolution of my problem. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been with State Farm for 25 years and Jim Liufau for 15 years. I was just recently in a minor accident and the other driver who was at fault is in the Air Force, Air Force claims can take up to 6 months to process. State Farm paid for the repairs and is keeping me informed while our claim is being processed with the Air Force.
